14 Days Money-Back Guarantee
If the product you received is damaged or missing parts, you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. Please contact us at hello@trendences.com as soon as you receive the product (but not later than 14 days after delivery date, according to the date shown in the tracking service provided by the carrier) and include pictures of the product's condition.
Shipping back the returned goods
When you intend to return a product, contact us at hello@trendences.com. We will answer in less than 2 business days with complete details, including the shipping address. Do not send the product back before contacting us.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping to us an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We need to receive the product before being able to issue a refund or.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. We will let you know when the refund is processed by us, but it might take a few days for the funds to reach your account.
If you haven’t received a refund in less than 3 working days after our confirmation, you can contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@trendences.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Full Refund If Undelivered
If the products were ordered more than 40 days ago and weren't yet delivered, please notify us and we will check the tracking status with the carrier. If the product was lost or cannot be delivered in less than 10 days, we will offer a full refund or send another shipment as soon as possible.
